Due to the closing of many businesses of working-age adults students are losing their employment chances and also their college placement. During quarantine, a sequence of activities is floating around to shake up the mental balance. Amidst of this quarantine, students need their self-esteem need.

Self-actualization is the need to become the best version of yourself.

  • According to the Maslow ( the great psychologist), it is the human motivation factor which is found in the nature of human being that firstly they need the -

  • basic necessities called biological needs (bread, clothes, house) after that

  •  they need safety ( to feel physically & emotionally safe from harm) after that 

  • they need love and belonging ( need to feel fully and unconditionally supported by someone else) then they need

  •  Esteem (the need to genuinely appreciated and respect oneself).

  • Self-actualization (need to become the best version of yourself

College students are trying to get the upper part of the pyramid. they are struggling to find out the best version of oneself.
