The continuing pandemic of novel COVID-19 has forced to be in quarantine & designed to keep individuals physically distanced from others but the isolation has exacerbated the behavioral patterns as well as mental patterns. Campus closings and the overall response to the coronavirus has “fundamentally shifted” about their sense of belonging. According to the latest survey on college students and their mental health 3 out of 10 students are facing the problems to tackle the depression and 1 out of 4 is facing anxiety and loneliness. In fact, 45% of college students have said that they experience “more than average stress “ during this quarantine & 87% said they felt repressive by all they had to do.
In the situation of uncertainty surrounding the virus we really really need to be worried about the mental health of students since it has already high rates of anxiety.

Due to the closing of many business points and sources of employment, a massive proportion of working-age adult students are losing their employment chances and also their college placement. During quarantine, a sequence of activities is floating around to shake up the mental balance.
